Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Important Note: Returns must be shipped via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at your own expense. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Delivery charges for both return and exchange shipments are the customers responsibility.
Exchange & Return Policy:
All goods are thoroughly checked prior to shipping. Any item still found damaged or faulty can always be returned or exchanged by contacting our customer care at 0316-7230072
Eligibility: Bags by Balaj accepts exchange or return requests within 5–7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that any items claimed for exchange or return after 7 days will not be accepted.
Return Condition: In the event of a package being returned, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is in its original condition. The bag must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Any items received in damaged condition will be shipped back to the customer.
Process: To request a return, contact us via WhatsApp at +92 316 7230072. Our team will guide you through the process.
Method: After we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know. Your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your bag for another design, please mention it when requesting a return.
Non-eligible items: Used or damaged bags (not due to our fault) cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product. For exchanges, customers are responsible for a delivery charge of Rs.200.
